"Early reservation" rate

 

 

We think that planning of your journey must be rewarded. That’s why we prepared flexible rate – “Early reservation”. The earlier the reservation, the bigger discount!

 

Rules and conditions:

In case of making reservation not later than 14 days before check-in and prepayment made during making reservation we can offer you 15% discount on accommodation.

In case of making reservation not later than 30 days before check-in and prepayment made during making reservation we can offer you 20% discount on accommodation.

In case of making reservation not later than 60 days before check-in and prepayment made during making reservation we can offer you 25% discount on accommodation.

 

This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or changing of reservation prepayment will be kept by the hotel as a payment of making the reservation.

 

Please keep in mind that in case of absence of payment in the dates written inside the rate reservation may be canceled by hotel.

Dear guests, resort fee is effected as of the 1st of April in St. Petersburg. It is paid during check-in and is not included in the cost of accommodation (100 rub per person per day).
